• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-5 business days.
• Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• International shipping is available, but please note that additional taxes and import duties may apply.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear.
• Please note that custom items, such as engraved products, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
